We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are packed the same day; orders placed later are packed the next morning.

The exact charge for your address is shown at checkout before you place the order. Large furniture items may need an extra day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we send you the courier name and tracking number by SMS and email. You can also follow every step on the Track order page using your order number and phone number.
When the rider arrives
- Please keep your phone reachable — the rider will call before arriving.
- For cash on delivery, keep the exact amount ready if you can.
- You are welcome to check the outer packaging and the product in front of the rider. If anything is damaged, refuse the parcel and call us — we will send a replacement.
Missed delivery
If the rider can’t reach you, they will try again the next business day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and our team will contact you to reschedule.
