Orders
- An order is confirmed when our team verifies it by phone or message. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly or we suspect fraud — you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
- Product photos are illustrative. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.
- Flash sale prices apply only while the sale is running and stock lasts.
- For bKash, Nagad or other manual payments, the order is processed once the transaction is verified.
- Coupons can’t be exchanged for cash and only one coupon can be used per order.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays or events outside our control. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Returns
